Shipping and Returns
Delivery Options
All orders are shipped via USPS. Available services include:
USPS Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery 3-7 business days
USPS Ground Advantage – Estimated delivery 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail – Estimated delivery 1–3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express – Overnight delivery to most locations
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are provided by USPS and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. These estimates refer to transit time and do not include processing time.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered and you have not received it, contact USPS directly. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
